2. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final 

All sales of OnOffice Magazine and ICON Magazine , including single issues and subscriptions, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction has been processed, except where required by applicable law. 
 

3. Subscription Terms 

• Auto-Renewal: If you choose a subscription plan that includes auto-renewal, you acknowledge that your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. 

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via our online portal or by contacting us. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining issues in your current term. 

• Delivery Issues: In the event of a non-receipt of a print issue due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal delays), we will make reasonable efforts to assist but are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements.

OnOffice Magazine and ICON Magazine  reserves the right to modify pricing, publication schedules, and subscription terms at any time. Any changes will apply to future transactions and renewals, not past purchases.
